I relocated to Miami Florida about seven months ago. Had a horrific experience at another hair salon they ruined my color and damaged my hair! I went on yelp found this salon and most of the reviews were about a girl named Cynthia... so I did what any girl would do I gave this salon a chance! From the second I walked in the girl at the front desk Joni was super nice and friendly. She took the time to listen to me vent about my horrible experiences! That made me feel comfortable! I than met Cynthia, she was easy going sweet very nice and extremely helpful. Not to mention my hair looks fantastic! From the color to the cut looks amazing! I haven't been this happy with my hair since I lived in CA! Most definitely coming back to Cynthia! This salon looked great... and great customer service! I also liked the fact that it is a full service salon. Next time I want to try their laser and nails etc.
